Bishkek, Dec. 22, 2025. /Kabar/. Presidential administration held meeting, the staff summarized the results of 2025 and reviewed the income indicators of departmental organizations.
According to the department, the income of departmental organizations has been growing steadily every year between 2020 and 2025. Specifically:
In 2020 - 479.2 thousand soms;
In 2021 - 770.9 thousand soms;
In 2022 - 1 million 249.0 thousand soms;
In 2023 - 5 billion 296.7 million soms,
In 2024 - 8 billion 334.7 million soms;
According to the results of 2025, the income amounted to 14 billion 138.9 million soms.
As a result, the planned figure for 2025 was exceeded. It is worth noting that these achievements were achieved on the basis of the tasks and political decisions set by President Sadyr Zhaparov. In particular, the president set specific tasks for the widespread introduction of digitalization in public administration, ensuring transparency and increasing the efficiency of management.
With the initiative and constant support of the president, work in this area has been consistently implemented, and since 2022, a significant increase in revenue indicators has been ensured.
The figures for 2025 do not include the revenues of some organizations newly transferred, including Elkat LLC and the State Center for Registration of Motor Vehicles and Drivers.
After these organizations are fully accounted for, the task is set to bring revenue to 25 billion soms in 2026.
As part of the reforms identified by the president:
- cash settlements have been completely banned;
- payments have been completely transferred to electronic format;
- control over financial flows has been strengthened;
- transparency of services has been ensured.
The measures taken have increased the efficiency of departmental organizations and created conditions for a steady growth in state revenues.
