Bishkek, July 15, 2026. /Kabar/. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyz Republic Erlist Akunbekov took part in the opening ceremony of the Kyrgyzaltyn Resort health center in Issyk-Kul region.
It should be noted that after the completion of the first phase of the comprehensive modernization of the Kyrgyzskoye Vzmorye sanatorium (founded in 1975), the facility began operating as the Kyrgyzaltyn Resort health center. Last year, by order of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov, this facility was transferred to the management of Kyrgyzaltyn Open Joint-Stock Company for the purpose of organizing recreation and health improvement for mining workers.
"Along with the country's overall development, resorts, boarding houses, and children's health camps are also undergoing transformation. These facilities are of particular importance to us, as they serve to improve the health of citizens, enhance the quality of life, and enhance the well-being of families" said Erlist Akunbekov.
During the modernization, the main building, utility infrastructure, center grounds, and hotel rooms were completely renovated to meet modern requirements. The modern 205-meter-long pier was commissioned. The facility is equipped with new furniture and modern equipment.
