Bishkek, July 6, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan and Turkiye will strengthen cooperation in fight against security and cybercrime. the .

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkiye Ruslan Kazakbaev and the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Turkiye Manas Amanbayev held a meeting with the newly appointed head of the General Directorate of Security of the Turkish Ministry of Internal Affairs Ali Fidan in Ankara.

At the meeting, the parties discussed issues of ensuring the security of the two states, protecting the rights of citizens, and developing cooperation between law enforcement agencies.

Special attention was paid to personnel training. It was agreed to continue training of Kyrgyz Ministry of Internal Affairs officers in Turkiye, as well as to expand joint educational programs on combating cybercrime, extremism, drug trafficking, and maintaining public order.
