Bishkek, June 15, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree appointing Altynbek Rysbekov Minister of Energy of Kyrgyzstan and dismissing him from his previous duties, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Article 70 and Article 71 of the Constitution of Kyrgyz Republic.
