Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan Development Fund to expand investment collaboration

Bishkek, Nov 3. 2025 /Kabar/. On October 30, Kyrgyz Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov met with Azerbaijan's First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev in Bishkek.

According to the ministry, during the meeting, they discuss active development of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, both in multilateral formats and bilaterally.

The parties also discussed the further strengthening of trade and economic relations, with particular attention paid to the active development of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund. Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further deepen bilateral cooperation, expand investment collaboration, and implement joint projects aimed at developing industry, trade, and other priority economic sectors. They also reaffirmed their commitment to intensifying the work of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund to support entrepreneurial initiatives and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
