Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan to expand cooperation in justice

Bishkek, Aug. 20, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan have agreed to digitalize justice and expand practical cooperation between judicial bodies, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan Nurlan Musaev told during the meeting with the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Inam Imdad oglu Kerimov.

As reported by the Supreme Court, during the meeting the parties discussed issues of electronic document circulation, registration and distribution of court cases, electronic access to court materials, videoconferencing and information security.

They also considered possibility of organizing joint seminars, expert meetings and expert exchange visits, and implementing joint projects on digitalization of the judicial system.

The Kyrgyz side expressed interest in learning from Azerbaijan's experience in the field of e-justice.
