Bishkek, July 14, 2026 /Kabar/. On July 13, the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation of Kyrgyzstan (UTRK), the China Intercontinental Communications Center (CICC), and Muras Telecom LLC signed a trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation.
The signing of the memorandum marks the extension of a successful partnership that began in 2023. Since then, the parties have implemented a number of initiatives that have laid a solid foundation for bilateral cooperation in the media sector. The new agreement aims to consolidate these achievements and expand the horizons of joint activities.
Special attention has been paid to technical modernization as part of the renewed cooperation. According to the memorandum, the Chinese partners will provide UTRK with modern equipment, which will significantly upgrade the corporation's production facilities and improve the quality of television broadcasting to international standards.
UTRK General Director Ulan Satiev noted the significant significance of this event.

Today's extension of the Memorandum is not just a formality, but a confirmation of our shared commitment to developing the media space of our countries.
