Bishkek, Feb. 6, 2025 /Kabar/. A memorandum of understanding was signed in Beijing between the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Housing, Urban and Agricultural Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
The parties concluded an agreement between the states:
- housing construction and real estate development;
- creation of smart and sustainable cities;
- modernization of labor;
- preservation of historical and cultural heritage;
- implementation and development of energy-efficient technologies.
In addition, a platform will be created for exchanging experiences, holding seminars and implementing relevant projects.
The memorandum, valid for five years, will be implemented within the framework of supporting the Belt and Road initiatives and contributing to the UN's sustainable development until 2030, the Architecture Agency noted.
