Bishkek, July 22, 2026 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev invited Belarus to participate in the second Mountain Summit, which will be held in 2027. This was announced during bilateral talks during Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov's official visit to Kyrgyzstan.
During the meeting, the parties focused on international and regional cooperation and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation within the UN, CIS, EAEU, SCO, CSTO, and other integration associations.
On the first day of the visit, the heads of the two countries' foreign ministries held talks to discuss current issues of political, trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation. The parties also reviewed the progress of the agreements reached following previous high-level meetings and reaffirmed their commitment to further developing Kyrgyz-Belarusian relations.
Furthermore, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov invited Jeenbek Kulubaev to pay an official visit to Belarus.
