- Zhumgalbek Shabdanbekov as Chairman of the State Committee for National Security;

- Urmatbek Shamyrkanov as Minister of Emergency Situations;

- Akyl Toktobaev as Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision;

- Talantbek Soltobaev as Minister of Transport and Communications.
