Bishkek, May 25, 26 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan proposes creating Development Bank of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and locating its office in Bishkek. Finance Minister Ruslan Syinaliev told during the media project "Open Cabinet: Area of Responsibility."
According to him, the Kyrgyz side's initiative envisions opening an SCO Development Bank with its headquarters in the Kyrgyz capital.
"We propose locating office of the SCO Development Bank in Bishkek. This issue is currently under discussion. We also discussed it with Chinese representatives at the World Bank meeting in Washington," the minister said.
