Bishkek, Oct. 8, 2026 /Kabar/. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan and the Trade Representation of Russia discussed new areas of business cooperation and opportunities for entrepreneurs from both countries to enter Asian markets. According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the parties discussed prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia, fostering direct contacts between entrepreneurs, and implementing joint projects.
It is noted that approximately 165 companies from Kyrgyzstan currently operate in Russia.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold joint business events. These will aim to attract Russian entrepreneurs to the Kyrgyz market, identify new partners, and develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
