Kyrgyzstan secures place on International F1H2O Calendar

Bishkek, Aug. 21, 2026 /Kabar/. The success and high interest in the Formula 1 World Championship in Kyrgyzstan inspired neighboring countries. Kazakhstan has already reached an agreement to host one of the stages of the world championship. Eduard Kubatov, Director of the State Agency for Tourism Development announced at press conference in Kabar news agency.

At the same time, the head of the agency emphasized that Kyrgyzstan retains its status as a pioneer in the region and has secured key dates in the international calendar.

"Kyrgyzstan remains the F1H2O champion, and the dates from July 31 to August 1 have been officially assigned to our country in the International Sports Calendar. I consider this a major achievement," Kubatov noted.
