Bishkek, Oct. 30, 2026 /Kabar/. Minister of Health Damir Osmonov is participating in the 12th Congress of the Turkic Medical World, currently being held in Istanbul.
According to the ministry, the international gathering is taking place from October 29 to 31, with the central theme: "Effective Healthcare in the Turkic Medical World: Healthcare Systems Resilient to Global Threats."
In his remarks, Minister Osmonov noted that Kyrgyzstan is interested in expanding cooperation in areas such as medical education, scientific research, telemedicine, and digital healthcare.
He also emphasized the importance of establishing direct links between universities and clinics, as well as organizing academic exchanges.
