Bishkek, Dec. 3, 2025. /Kabar/. The Kyrgyzstan U-23 Olympic team is beginning a new stage of preparation for the Asian Cup, the Kyrgyz Football Union said.
According to the union, on the night of December 2-3, the Olympic team departed for Antalya, where they will conduct the next stage of preparation for the 2026 Asian Cup.
As part of the training camp, the team will also play a series of friendly matches. The training camp will last until December 16, after which the team returns to the country. After a short break, the team will begin the final stage of their preparation, which begins on December 20 in Ajman, UAE.
The final tournament of the U-23 Asian Cup will be held from January 6 to 24 in Saudi Arabia. Our team will play in Group A alongside the national teams of Vietnam, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
Before their departure, KFU General Secretary Mederbek Sydykov met with the players and wished the team successful and productive preparation, the report said.
