Bishkek, Feb. 4, 2026. /Kabar/. B5+1 format is viewed as a practical platform for cooperation with the United States on standards, independent audit, compliance, and international regulation, First Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev said at B5+1 forum.

According to him, the project is open to joint dialogue and pilot initiatives with American regulators and technology partners.

"Kyrgyz Republic views the development of correspondent relations with American banks as a strategic element in maintaining a stable dollar infrastructure and settlements through the SWIFT system in Central Asia," he noted.

Amangeldiev emphasized that this issue had been raised previously, but today Kyrgyzstan hopes to restart cooperation based on clear rules, full transparency, and channels compatible with the requirements of the US financial compliance system.

He also noted that Kyrgyzstan has created favorable conditions for attracting highly qualified foreign IT specialists.

"In particular, the 'digital nomad' status available to US citizens is being successfully implemented. Creative Industries Park and High-Tech Park are developing, increasing the country's investment attractiveness for IT businesses and innovative companies," he said.
