Bishkek, Aug 5, 2026. /Kabar/. Under state concessional financing programs, Kyrgyzstan's agro-industrial complex, agriculture, and entrepreneurship received 6 billion 781.7 million soms in the first half of 2026.
According to the ministry of agriculture, ABank jointly with ministry povided 4,457 loans from January to June 2026. The total funding provided under these programs is 9 billion 790 million soms.
In particular, 3,846 loans totaling 2 billion 530.8 million soms were issued under the "Agricultural Financing - 14" program.
Under the agro-industrial complex lending program, 375 loans totaling 1 billion 498.3 million soms were financed with repayable funds.
Under the "Development of Livestock Breeding in Kyrgyzstan" program, 47 loans totaling 176.1 million soms were issued at a preferential interest rate of 3%.
Furthermore, 180 projects totaling 2 billion 528.2 million soms were financed under the preferential lending program for small and medium-sized businesses.
Also, 46.8 million soms were allocated for 8 loans under the United Commodity Producers Financing Program, and a preferential loan of 1.5 million soms was provided for one project under the Seed Production and Nursery Development Program.
The agency also reported that 750 million soms in funding has been allocated for a pilot project to develop the meat cluster. Implementation activities are currently underway.
State concessional financing programs are aimed at expanding agricultural production, developing the processing industry, supporting small and medium-sized businesses, developing livestock breeding, seed production, and nurseries, creating new jobs, and ensuring the country's food security.
