Bishkek, Nov.18, 2025. /Kabar/. In 2024–2025, Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, together with the Ministry of Education and the National Statistical Committee, conducted a comprehensive labor market analysis, Saadatkul Mukanbetova, a leading specialist at the Ministry of Labor told Kabar.
According to her, the development of unified methodology for assessing labor market needs show the result. The analysis allowed us to identify the most in-demand professions in Kyrgyzstan.
"After analyzing the labor market, we found that hairdressers, cooks, welders, seamstresses, accountants, drivers, and translators are in greatest demand," Mukanbetova noted.
She also clarified that the market analysis was conducted with financial support by World Bank.
