Bishkek, Aug. 26, 2026 /Kabar/. The ongoing modernization of passenger infrastructure at Manas International Airport continues. As part of a major airport renovation, a fourth passenger jet bridge, the Apron Drive PBB, manufactured by Shenzhen CIMC-TianDa Airport Support LTD, has been installed.
This modern jet bridge allows passengers to board and disembark aircraft directly through the terminal, providing additional comfort and safety regardless of weather conditions. This is especially important during the winter, as well as when handling international flights and increasing passenger traffic.
The installation of the new equipment is part of a comprehensive modernization program at Manas International Airport aimed at improving the quality of passenger service and bringing the airport infrastructure into line with modern international standards.
