Bishkek, Aug 5, 2026 /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, 723 labor law violations were identified from January to June 2026. This is a 38.3% decrease compared to the same period in 2025.
According to the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, 1,172 violations were recorded in the first six months of last year. Thus, the number of violations identified decreased by 449.
The number of orders issued to employers also decreased. While 469 orders were issued from January to June 2025, in 2026 their number was 198, a 57.8% decrease.
Furthermore, the number of inspections conducted decreased from 596 to 527, or an 11.6% decrease.
The ministry noted that these figures reflect the dynamics of compliance with labor legislation in the country.
