Bishkek, Oct. 5 /Kabar/. The official opening of the new "Bishkek Arena" stadium will take place in Bishkek on October 5. Due to the expected large number of spectators and heavy traffic in the area, measures to ensure public order and safety will be stepped up.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, five thousand police officers will be deployed to maintain law and order.
Temporary restrictions on the entry of private vehicles are being introduced in the surrounding areas. Access will be permitted only for special shuttle buses that will transport spectators to the concert venue.
The ministry recommends planning routes in advance, taking the restrictions into account, following the instructions of police officers, and using the designated public transport.
Additionally, on October 5, state, municipal, and educational institutions located in Bishkek switch to an online format.
