Bishkek, Sept. 2, 2025 /Kabar/. On 1 September 2025, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, received the newly appointed Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Istanbul, Chyngyz Toktobekov, at the Secretariat premises.
At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary General Omuraliev congratulated Consul General Toktobekov on his appointment and wished him success in his new diplomatic post.
The meeting served as an opportunity to discuss current cooperation within the Organization, including ongoing activities related to Kyrgyzstan’s Chairmanship in the OTS. The parties also touched upon upcoming events on the OTS calendar and practical matters regarding coordination between the Secretariat and the Kyrgyz side.
