Bishkek, Oct. 7, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov today, October 7, in Gabala, Azerbaijan, participated in the 12th Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
Following the event, the leaders of the OTS member states signed the following documents:
- Gabala Declaration of the Organization of Turkic States;
- Decision on the initiation of the "OTS+ (OTS Plus)" format;
- Decision on strengthening the International Organization of TURKSOY.
