Bishkek, July 27, 2026. /Kabar/. Foreign delegations arrive in Bishkek to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Media and Think Tank Forum.
The first participants arrived in the capital of Kyrgyzstan on the night of July 26. Representatives of media outlets, think tanks, and specialized organizations from approximately 26 countries—SCO member states, observer states, and dialogue partners will participate in the forum.
The main events of the forum started on July 27 at the Ala-Archa State Residence. During the forum, participants will discuss the development of information cooperation, strengthening interaction between media and think tanks, and current trends in the global media landscape.
The event is being organized by the Kyrgyz National News Agency "Kabar" and the Xinhua News Agency.
