Bishkek, July 2, 2026. /Kabar/. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan receives Kyrgyz Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev in Ankara.
According to the information, the Kyrgyz foreign minister conveyed the greetings and best wishes of President Sadyr Zhaparov.
During the meeting, the parties noted the high dynamics of Kyrgyz-Turkish cooperation and stressed the importance of regular contacts at the highest levels. They also confirmed their mutual interest in further deepening partnership in various areas.
Particular attention was paid to interaction within the framework of the United Nations, the Organization of Turkic States and other international organizations.
Kyrgyz side expressed gratitude to Turkiye for its support in the election of Kyrgyzstan to the non-permanent membership of the UN Security Council for 2027-2028.
In turn, Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated Kyrgyzstan on its election and expressed his wishes for the successful implementation of the tasks set.
The parties also noted the importance of strengthening cooperation within the Turkic world and coordinating actions on international security issues.
As a result of the talks, they confirmed their readiness to further develop the comprehensive strategic partnership and consistently implement previously reached agreements.
