Bishkek, Oct. 29, 2026 /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov has sent a telegram of condolences to King Felipe VI of Spain following the loss of life resulting from a train collision in Toledo.
"It is with deep sorrow that I received the news of the loss of life and the many injuries resulting from a train collision in the province of Toledo, Kingdom of Spain.
On behalf of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic and on my own behalf, I extend my condolences to you and the people of Spain in connection with this tragedy.
I share the grief of the families and loved ones of those who perished and wish a speedy recovery to all those injured," the head of state’s telegram reads.
