Bishkek, June 8, 2026. /Kabar/. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Nurdan Oruntaev reviewed the progress of construction work in the Royal Central Park multifunctional complex under construction in Bishkek.
According to the ministry, today the excavation work on 5 blocks included in the first phase of the facility has been completely completed. Monolithic works are being carried out on 2 blocks. Also, work is underway to beautify the area and prepare engineering infrastructure.
The project provides for total of 39 blocks and 26 thousand apartments. The first phase of the residential complex includes five blocks of 29 floors. Along with residential premises, public spaces, green zones and modern infrastructure will be created on the territory of the complex.
Nurdan Oruntaev noted the need to pay special attention to the quality of construction work, strict adherence to urban planning and construction requirements.
Royal Central Park is one of the large urban development projects being implemented on the territory of the former Ak-Kula hippodrome.
