Bishkek, Nov. 19, 2025 /Kabar/. Following the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states in Moscow, a number of documents and decisions were signed, the Cabinet of Ministers reported.

List:

  • Joint Communique following the twenty-fourth meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states.
  • Decision of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) on amendments to the Regulation on the salaries, guarantees, and compensation of officials of the permanent bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
  • Decision of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) on the budget of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization for 2026.
  • Decision of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) on the Financial Report of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on the execution of the budget of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization for 2024.
  • Decision of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) on amendments to the Financial Rules of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
  • Decision of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) on the Report of the Commission for Conducting External Audits of the Financial and Economic Activities of the Permanent Bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
  • Decision of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) on the Report of the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on events and meetings held within the framework of the implementation of the Program of Multilateral Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
  • Decision of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) on the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Concept of Interaction between Railway Administrations (Railways) of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization until 2027.
