The International Scientific and Educational Camp for young scientists from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states continues in Kyrgyzstan, running from July 5 to 20. In addition to the educational and scientific program, participants are actively participating in creative workshops, according to the Ministry of Education.
The young scientists are learning to play the komuz and guitar, and attending classes in pottery, drawing, and arts and crafts. According to the participants, these classes not only help them develop their creative potential but also learn about the national traditions and culture of Kyrgyzstan.
The ministry noted that the creative program is an important part of the camp. It helps participants from SCO countries better understand the republic's cultural heritage, establish communication, and exchange experiences in an informal setting.
