According to the Kyrgyz Football Union, the match will be held at the Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium.
The referee team for this match will be led by Chinese referee Fu Ming. He will be assisted by his compatriot Xiao Yi and Japanese referee Takeshi Asada. Ryo Tanimoto (Japan) has been appointed as the fourth official.
Iida Junpei (Japan), Jing Zhuang (China), and Mohammed Abdullah (UAE) will be working as VAR referees.
