Bishkek, Aug. 26, 2026. /Kabar/. At the invitation of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov, Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to Kyrgyzstan on August 30.
According to the presidential administration, the talks will focus on current issues related to the further development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and China.
Following the visit, the signing of a number of interstate, intergovernmental, and interdepartmental documents is planned.
The head of the People's Republic of China will also participate in celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic, a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the opening ceremony of the World Nomad Games.
The upcoming state visit of the Chinese President will be an important milestone in further strengthening Kyrgyz-Chinese relations, which are based on strong friendship, mutual trust, and support.
