The arrival of Chinese President Xi Jinping on a state visit to Kyrgyzstan on August 30 indicates that diplomatic relations and friendship between the two countries are at the highest level. Uluk Kydyrbaev, expert and Head of the Secretariat of the Business Development and Investment Council under the Cabinet of Ministers told live on Birinchi Radio.
According to expert, there are about 200 countries in the world, and the head of state can pay a state visit to one country only once during his term. Therefore, the arrival of the Chinese President on a state visit to Kyrgyzstan during his term is an important event.
“There are basically three types of visits in diplomacy: working visits, official visits and state visits. Among them, the highest diplomatic level visit is a state visit. This means that the relationship between two states is at the highest level,” he said.
He noted that an official visit is at the next level in terms of diplomatic significance, while a working visit is organized when necessary to resolve specific issues.
“A state visit demonstrates the highest level of relations, close friendship and strengthening of strategic partnership between the head of state and the visiting country,” said Uluk Kydyrbaev.
