Bishkek, Dec. 29, 2025. /Kabar/. The state is interested in the return of highly qualified personnel to the country, including through "El Umtu" program. Education Minister Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva announced this on Birinchi Radio, noting that the return of specialists is not only a right but also a moral obligation to the state.

According to her, several specialists were personally offered high-level positions, including the post of deputy minister, as well as social guarantees, including the possibility of receiving a social mortgage. However, not all of those invited accepted the offer, citing the lack of stability in the country.

"When complete stability arrives, they may no longer be needed. Nevertheless, despite this, there are specialists who are returning," the minister emphasized.

In particular, a specialist who studied and worked in Germany for nearly 20 years has returned to Kyrgyzstan. He currently works in the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Research.

Kendirbaeva noted that the country's leadership, led by the president, is initiating the creation of new national personnel system and is always ready to welcome professionals with international experience.

Furthermore, the republic plans to open Akylman lyceums in all regions of the country. Many children are noted to be interested in studying at these schools.
