Bishkek, Oct. 21, 2026 /Kabar/. Manas International Airport and Germany’s TRIWO Hahn have become sister airports.
The agreement is aimed at developing passenger and cargo air transport, exchanging expertise, implementing modern technologies, and attracting new airlines.
During the visit organized with the support of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Germany, the management of TRIWO Hahn provided a tour of the airport for a delegation from "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" OJSC, led by Commercial Director Aman Mamaev, showcasing its infrastructure, technical capabilities, and the operations of its cargo complex.
This cooperation takes on particular significance following Kyrgyzstan’s removal from the European Union’s aviation "blacklist," which has opened up new prospects for air connectivity with Europe. The partnership marks an important step toward strengthening the international standing of "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" OJSC and developing the country’s aviation and transit-logistics potential.
