Bishkek, Oct. 21, 2026 /Kabar/. Birth certificates of Kyrgyzstanis issued in a foreign country are now available on the "Tunduk" platform, according to the joint-stock company "Tunduk."
"If you or your child were born abroad, you can now view the birth certificate in the 'Digital Documents' section of the 'Tunduk' mobile app," the statement says.
It is noted that, to enable this, the foreign birth certificate must first be digitized at a Public Service Center (PSC). Once digitized, the document will automatically appear in the "Tunduk" mobile app.
