Bishkek, March 19, 2026. /Kabar/. Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic has launched a free mobile app, "Bulak," designed to prepare high school graduates for the National Testing (ORT). Deputy Minister of Education for Digital Development Lira Samykbaeva announced at press conference at Kabar news agency.
Based on test questions from previous years, a team of developers led by Emil Bilgaziev used artificial intelligence technologies to create similar questions for key school subjects.
Ministry of Education reviewed them to ensure the quality of the questions. Experts verified the correctness of the wording, compliance with the program, and level of difficulty.
It is noted that the Bulak app will help graduates prepare for the ORT and ensure equal access to training, especially for students from the regions.
