Chairman of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev attended the event and noted that the construction of the building to be completed in 2 years.
For so many years, the Border Service has not had its own building. Until now, they have been working in the dormitory of the school. Today, we are actively building a new building for the service. This will be a very large, prominent building.
Over the past 4 years, more than 250 buildings have been built for the Border Service. These are border outposts, kindergartens, posts, and others. Now the headquarters will be constructed, all the buildings of the Border Service will be renovated, he said.
Kamchybek Tashiev also noted that, thanks to the political will of President Sadyr Zhaparov, the state borders with Tajikistan and Uzbekistan have been 100 percent demarcated.
Currently, demarcation work is underway. From now on, the task of our border guards should be to protect the defined borders and prevent border violations. For this, we are obliged to create decent conditions for border guards, he said.
