E-commerce of Kyrgyz goods regulated in Russia

Bishkek, Feb. 03, 2026. /Kabar/. The issue of transporting goods when selling goods by Kyrgyz sellers through Russian e-commerce platforms has been regulated. This was stated by Elimbek Kanybek uulu, head of the EAEU coordination department of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, at the press conference held at Kabar.

According to him, within the framework of e-commerce, this concerns especially problematic issues that arise when transporting goods by Kyrgyz sellers through the Wildberries e-commerce platform.

“As part of the implementation of the agreed model for the movement of goods, it is envisaged to issue two main accompanying documents for goods, CMR and consignment note. In order to explain the procedure for filling out these documents, information seminar is planned to be held in the near future at the platform of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce with the participation of representatives of the Wildberries e-commerce platform,” he said.

It should be noted that at the meeting of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission held in Moscow on January 30, the issue of the progress of the implementation of the Council's task, initiated by the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Daniyar Amangeldiev on December 5, 2025, was considered and information was provided.

At the same time, the EEC Council, based on the results of the review, adopted an instruction to promptly inform and continue monitoring in the event of any problematic issues in the movement of goods within the framework of mutual electronic trade.
