Bishkek, Oct. 20, 2025 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan's economy continues to demonstrate high growth rates. According to the Eurasian Development Bank's (EDB) macroeconomic review, GDP increased by 10% in January-September of this year. EDB analysts noted that much of this growth was driven by domestic factors: investment increased by 18.8%, and domestic trade by 10.9%. Other factors contributing to sustainable growth include the investment impetus supported by the implementation of the state program and the increase in remittances (+18.4% in January-July 2025).

Kyrgyzstan continues to demonstrate the highest growth rates in the region. By comparison, neighboring Kazakhstan's GDP grew by 6.3% in 2025, while Belarus's grew by 1.6%. It is noteworthy that the economies of all EDB partner countries remain resilient, even in the face of external shocks, and key indicators demonstrate stable growth.
