Bishkek, May 7, 2025. / Kabar /. As part of a private trip to the People's Republic of China, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Edil Baisalov gave a lecture to students of Beijing Language and Culture University.
He spoke about the political and economic transformations in Kyrgyzstan over the years of independence, emphasized the achievements of recent years in ensuring sustainable growth and digital modernization, and shared his thoughts on future challenges for developing countries. The lecture paid special attention to the experience of China, its path to modernization, and the importance of strong state institutions.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the rector of the university, where issues of expanding humanitarian and academic cooperation were discussed, including increasing the number of Kyrgyz students studying in China.
Edil Baisalov also held a separate meeting with Kyrgyz students studying in Beijing, where he answered their questions, listened to their suggestions and wishes related to studying and living abroad.
