At its meeting, the Central Election Commission (CEC) considered the accreditation of media outlets and online publications for campaigning in the repeat elections of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) in multi-mandate constituency No. 13, scheduled for March 1, 2026.
According to the commission, taking into account the proposals of the working group on election campaigning rules, CEC has accredited a total of 16 media outlets, including:
- Print publications - 1;
- TV channels - 9;
- Radio - 3;
- Online publications - 3.
Information on fees and other conditions for the provision of airtime, print space, and the right to publish materials in online media will be posted on the CEC's official website.
Accredited media outlets and online publications are required to publish candidate campaign materials in strict compliance with Kyrgyz law, ensuring accuracy and impartiality.
Election campaigning for the early elections of members of Jogorku Kenesh will begin on February 9, 20 days before voting day, and will conclude on February 28 at 8:00 a.m., one day before voting begins.
