Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2026. /Kabar/. An ethnobazaar is open in the Kyrchyn Gorge as part of the 6th World Nomad Games, where visitors can discover the works of local artisans and purchase items made in the national style.
The stalls offer a variety of souvenirs, traditional and modern clothing with ethnic elements, jewelry, paintings, toys, books, arts and crafts, and other items.
Visitors are particularly drawn to the handcrafted items using traditional Kyrgyz ornaments and motifs. Many vendors make the goods themselves, preserving and reinterpreting elements of national culture in modern pieces.
The ethnobazaar has become not only a trading venue but also a platform where guests of the World Nomad Games can gain a closer understanding of the culture and creativity of the Kyrgyz people.
