Bishkek, Feb. 3, 2025 /Kabar/. The incidence of acute respiratory viral infections and influenza in Kyrgyzstan decreased by 3.6% in a week, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic said.
According to operational data from the Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, from January 27 to February 2, 11,037 cases of acute respiratory viral infections and 40 cases of influenza were registered in the republic, compared to the previous week, down by -3.6%.
There is also a circulation of acute respiratory viral infections, with 1,713 samples prevailing, of which 1,045 are positive, including RS virus - 29.7% (310), rhinovirus - 25.4% (266), adenovirus - 13.3% (139), parainfluenza I-IV - 12.1% (126), others - 19.5% (204).
