President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree dismissing Abdikarim Alimbayev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security and Director of the Border Service, and appointed him Chairman of the State Border Service, which has now been removed from the State Committee for National Security structure and become an independent body.
