Bishkek, Aug. 14, 2026. /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, industrial output from January to July 2026 amounted to 525.3 billion soms, the National Statistics Committee reported.
According to data, the index of physical industrial production compared to the same period last year was 111.2%.
Industrial growth was driven by increased production in a number of sectors. In particular, chemical production increased by 2.9 times, and refined petroleum product production by 1.8 times. Furthermore, the production of vehicles increased by 41.8%, wood, paper, and printed products by 37.5%, construction materials by 33.6%, and mining by 16.9%.
Pharmaceutical production increased by 13%, basic metals by 8.5%, and food, beverage, and tobacco products by 2.4%.
Also, from January to July, production in the construction industry increased by 1.6 times, in agriculture by 6%, and in wholesale and retail trade by 4%.
