Bishkek, Feb. 5, 2026 /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev met with UAE Minister of Energy Suhail Al Mazrouei and Masdar CEO Mohammed Jamil Al Ramahi on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit in Dubai.

The parties discussed next steps in implementing energy projects in the Kyrgyz Republic and agreed to take measures to strengthen Kyrgyz-UAE cooperation.

Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that the development of green energy is one of the key priorities of Kyrgyzstan's state energy policy and noted that the Kyrgyz Republic places particular importance on strengthening partnerships in the areas of sustainable development and renewable energy.

Masdar CEO Mohammed Jamil Al Ramahi noted that Masdar views Kyrgyzstan as a promising partner in the region and expressed its readiness to further strengthen cooperation.

Furthermore, a signing ceremony for a Framework Agreement between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and Masdar took place during the meeting.
