Bishkek, Dec. 24, 2025. /Kabar/. The national stablecoin USDKG has issued its first issue, Cabinet Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev told at Jogorku Kenesh.
According to him, each stablecoin is backed by physical gold, and one token is equal to one dollar, adding that 50 million tokens have been issued.
"Furthermore, work is underway on the KGST stablecoin. We plan to list it on international exchanges by the end of the year. This stablecoin is equal to the national currency of Kyrgyzstan," Cabinet head noted.
