Kyrgyz Cabinet head meets with head of OSCE/ODIHR EOM

Bishkek, Nov. 30, 2025 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz Cabinet Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev met with the head of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission, Tamas Meserich, the Cabinet's press service reported.

During the conversation, issues related to today's election day were discussed.

Adylbek Kasymaliev briefed the head of the mission on the current situation, noting that voting is proceeding calmly, citizens are freely exercising their voting rights, and polling stations are operating in full compliance with the law. He emphasized that executive authorities completely refrained from interfering in the electoral process, limiting their efforts to ensuring public order, logistics, and the working conditions of election commissions both domestically and at polling stations abroad.

Adylbek Kasymaliev also noted that the Kyrgyz Republic is attentive to the conclusions and recommendations of its international partners. He confirmed that all recommendations presented in the OSCE/ODIHR mission's final report, expected to be published tomorrow, will be taken into account in future work to improve the electoral system.

Tamas Meserich expressed his gratitude for the meeting and the constructive exchange of information.
