Bishkek, Jan. 30, 2028. /Kabar/. The Cabinet of Ministers' Action Plan for 2026 for the implementation of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030 was approved. The corresponding decision was signed by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The Action Plan outlines four main development vectors: industrialization, regional hub, agriculture and tourism, and green energy.
Regarding industrialization, the goal is to double the volume of industrial output in the country by 2030 and create at least five technology park zones in the regions.
Regarding the creation of a regional hub, the Kyrgyz Republic's geostrategic location at a major crossroads of trade routes, between major regional and global centers of economic development, allows the country to occupy a niche in international transit transportation.
In the agricultural sector, the goal has been set to increase agricultural production by 30% and double processing volumes.
Green energy is a key component of the entire draft action plan of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Personal responsibility for the high-quality and timely implementation of the Plan has been established for the heads of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, plenipotentiary representatives of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the regions, and heads of local governments involved in its implementation.
