Bishkek, Dec. 10, 2025. /Kabar/. The results of the early parliamentary elections for Jogorku Kenesh held on November 30 have been released, the Central Election Commission reports.
Accordingly, the elections were recognized as held in 30 multi-mandate constituencies, and according to the election results, 87 candidates from 29 multi-mandate constituencies were elected to the Jogorku Kenesh deputies.
However, the results of the elections held in constituency No. 13 were canceled due to non-compliance with the requirements of the law.
4 million 294 thousand 243 citizens were included in the voter lists in the early elections, and 1 million 584 thousand 446 voters voted. This was 36.90% of the total number of voters.
CEC opened 2,492 polling stations throughout the country, 27 remote voting polling stations, and 100 polling stations abroad. 190,030 citizens participated in the elections through remote voting. The Election Commission added that the main feature of this parliamentary election was that citizens who were outside their territory could vote at any polling station through remote voting.
It was also noted that the early parliamentary elections were held at a high level, in accordance with the requirements of the law.
